Improvisation is a valuable skill for both comedic and dramatic work. Most sitcom actors have come from or worked with an improv group for many years. Film directors will often have actors improvise their entire scene, whether in rehearsals or while cameras are rolling. Improv teaches you to think on your feet and be spontaneous in working with your fellow actors.
This workshop will have a mix of both short form and long form improv where the focus is on creating characters. The emphasis is not about being funny but creating situations to explore truthful characters and story.

She’s been an acting coach in LA for over 25 years and is trusted by some of the biggest talent agencies and directors in the business.
